Inspire Elementary School
OVERVIEW
Lehman Daman was engaged by the project architect to join the project team during the design phase to partner as the Design/Build contractor with Inspire. As a team, Lehman Daman and the design firm converted this under-utilized manufacturing facility into a premium learning facility in the heart of Columbus.
Inspire Elementary School was a wonderful exercise for Lehman Daman and the design team in their flexibility and ingenuity. The project’s phasing plan required constant communication between the Design/Build Contractor and the associated engineers to effectively and efficiently steer the project to completion.
