Thompson Hine LLP - Columbus

OVERVIEW

Thompson Hine engaged Lehman Daman to refresh their offices on the 16th and 17th floors of the Huntington Center.

CHALLENGES

The project was conducted in six phases to accommodate Thompson Hines’ ongoing office operations, ensuring minimal disruption to their employees who continued working throughout construction. Careful scheduling was critical, as each phase had to be completed in time for movers to transition employees out of one area and into a newly completed space.

Lehman Daman maintained a safe jobsite by isolating construction areas with plastic barriers and keeping open communication with the Office Manager. Employees received advance notice of blocked-off areas to help them navigate the workspace.

Additionally, Lehman Daman simultaneously completed a restroom renovation for the building owner (Hines) on the 17th floor, adding another layer of coordination to ensure minimal impact on employees.

Upon Lehman Daman’s successful completion of the project, Thompson Hine contracted Lehman Daman to renovate their Dayton, OH office.
