Nationwide Children’s Close To Home℠ Centers provide diagnostic and therapeutic services catered to newborns, children, and adolescents. With an increasing demand for developmental occupational therapy and physical therapy, Nationwide Children’s hired Lehman Daman to expand their Clintonville Close To Home℠ Center.
The Laurels of Gahanna, owned by Ciena Healthcare, expanded its services by addressing a transportation challenge faced by its residents needing dialysis. Ciena Healthcare took the initiative to bring dialysis services in-house, partnering with Lehman Daman to convert a break area into a six (6) station dialysis suite.
In need of more space to support growing attendance, Lifepoint Church engaged Lehman Daman to complete an expansion of their Delaware campus, with as short a shutdown as possible.
In partnership with the Columbus Blue Jackets, Fanatics Betting and Gaming, the online and retail sports betting arm of Fanatics Holdings, Inc., aimed to establish a premier sport viewing and betting hub in the Arena District. Taking over the location previously occupied by the Three-Legged Mare, Fanatics engaged Lehman Daman to transform the space into a modern retail sportsbook in time for the start of the NFL season.
Fairfield Medical Center provides general acute health services, serving more than 250,000 residents in Fairfield, Pickaway, Perry, Hocking, and Athens counties. With an increasing demand for endoscopic procedures, Fairfield Medical Center hired Lehman Daman to renovate their Endoscopy suite.
Owned and operated by Fairfield Medical Center, Fairfield Healthcare Professionals (FHP) offers healthcare services for a multitude of medical specialties, including gastroenterology. In need of more space to treat patients, FHP Gastroenterology found an aged, vacant building near Fairfield Medical Center to relocate their operations to. FHP Gastroenterology hired Lehman Daman to complete the renovation.
Event Source, a family-owned and operated event rental company, was looking for a new location to better serve customers. The Deco, an apartment complex on the north side of Columbus, secured Event Source as a tenant in their vacant first floor retail space. Lehman Daman was hired to build out the space, transforming it into Event Source’s new design center.
Squire Patton Boggs, a tenant in the Huntington Center, occupied three floors of the 37-story multi-tenant office building. Seeking to downsize their office to two floors, the building owners (The Hines Group) contracted Lehman Daman to demo, revise the layout, and perform various office upgrades.
Seeking to attract new guests by offering a physical space for sports betting, Penn Entertainment engaged Lehman Daman for the construction of the new Barstool Sportsbook, located inside Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway.
With services spanning from investment management to financial planning, Maxwell Financial Management focuses on serving the best interests of its clients and building long-term, trusted relationships. Seeking to update their New Albany location, Maxwell Financial Management engaged Lehman Daman to renovate their office.
Penn Entertainment, owner of the Hollywood-branded gaming properties and parent company of sports media giant Barstool, engaged Lehman Daman for the construction of the new Barstool Sportsbook, located inside Hollywood Casino Columbus.
Slalom, a Seattle-based IT consulting firm, was looking to relocate from its current coworking space in Columbus to a permanent location. Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) secured Slalom as a tenant in one of their Arena District buildings, in an office requiring demolition of the existing tenant space and complete buildout.
With their current lease ending, Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP was looking for a bigger, client-ready office. The Hines Group secured Taft as a tenant in the Huntington Center, a 37-story multi-tenant office building in downtown Columbus. Lehman Daman was hired to build out the 18th, 19th, and 22nd floors that Taft would occupy.
Morgan Stanley engaged Lehman Daman to complete an office expansion at its Dublin branch, increasing the footprint from 12,238 to 17,786 square feet.
Hereinafter is a new establishment located just a few feet away from Buckeye Lake. With the vision of taking an old Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) lounge and turning it into a cocktail tavern, Hereinafter engaged Lehman Daman to renovate the space. Every surface was updated, from floor to ceiling, including a new bar area, new seating areas, new lighting, new windows, and entirely renovated restrooms. Also, a new HVAC system was installed.
The Havener Eye Institute, which is affiliated with the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, hired Lehman Daman to complete a concurrent interior renovation and clinic expansion at their Westerville location.
In a collaboration with sports media company Barstool, Penn Entertainment, a leader in the gaming and racing industry, engaged Lehman Daman for the construction of the new Barstool Sportsbook located inside the Hollywood Casino at The Meadows.
Penn Entertainment first introduced Zen Noodle, a fast-casual restaurant serving Asian cuisine, to Hollywood Casino Columbus in 2015. Seeking to expand food and beverage options to meet the tastes of their diverse customer base, Penn Entertainment needed to relocate Zen Noodle and open a new eatery in its place. Lehman Daman was hired to complete the buildout of Zen Noodle’s new space, as well as upgrading and expanding the High Limit Tables Game Area, High Limit Slots Area, and Baccarat, which are located nearby.
Path Robotics, a manufacturing company, hired Lehman Daman to build out and renovate their newly leased, 186,000 SF manufacturing plant and office.
The Ohio branch of AFL-CIO (The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations) was relocating to a new suite in a 12-story office building. Lehman Daman demoed the previous tenants’ office and built AFL-CIO’s new office, consisting of large conference rooms, file rooms, and a reception area.
BayMark Health Services, a national provider of medication-assisted opioid addiction treatment services, has engaged Lehman Daman for over ten of their Ohio outpatient clinics. With each additional clinic, BayMark is able to bring their expertise to more patients in need and in areas that may not currently have treatment options.
Lehman Daman completed two office renovations at the Wendy’s headquarters campus, including one for a sister company, Wendy’s QSCC (Quality Supply Chain Co-op).
Lehman Daman converted a storage room at the Wendy’s headquarters to a marketing and production room for commercials and advertising.
After a positive experience with Lehman Daman on their 19,000 SF ground-up middle school addition, The Arts & College Preparatory Academy (ACPA) engaged Lehman Daman to complete a kitchen buildout before the start of the 2021 school year.
Horizon Science Academy Columbus Primary School, a charter school for grades K-2, needed more space for students and staff. Horizon engaged Lehman Daman to convert an existing portion of their facility into new classrooms and offices.
Marcus & Millichap, a real estate investment firm, was moving into a new office building owned by NRI in Columbus’s Arena District. Lehman Daman took the clean shell to a finished, client-ready office.
Buckeye Ranch, a mental health counseling and treatment facility, engaged Lehman Daman for upgrades to its Grove City campus. Lehman Daman completed 15,000 SF of interior renovations to four dormitories, an office building, and an animal therapy center. Additionally, Lehman Daman built a new 3,165 SF outdoor pavilion.
Established in the 1960s, the Upper Arlington Swim & Racquet Club wanted their outdated and under-utilized clubhouse completely renovated before a planned grand opening event. Lehman Daman completed the renovation on time, improving the overall functionality of the clubhouse.
Mount Carmel is a leading Central Ohio health system, with multiple inpatient and outpatient facilities. In the past 3 years, Lehman Daman has completed 20 projects for Mount Carmel in several of their clinics and offices, from minor service calls to entire specialty clinic build outs.
Veritext Legal Services, a tenant in the Huntington Center, was relocating within the building. The building owners (The Hines Group) contracted Lehman Daman to demo and build out the new office that better supports their new hybrid work model. L/D also completed corridor updates and an ADA restroom expansion.
