Event Source, a family-owned and operated event rental company, was looking for a new location to better serve customers. The Deco, an apartment complex on the north side of Columbus, secured Event Source as a tenant in their vacant first floor retail space. Lehman Daman was hired to build out the space, transforming it into Event Source’s new design center.
Hereinafter is a new establishment located just a few feet away from Buckeye Lake. With the vision of taking an old Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) lounge and turning it into a cocktail tavern, Hereinafter engaged Lehman Daman to renovate the space. Every surface was updated, from floor to ceiling, including a new bar area, new seating areas, new lighting, new windows, and entirely renovated restrooms. Also, a new HVAC system was installed.
Lehman Daman completed this renovation in just 12 days, while the kitchen remained open for outdoor dining. Every surface was updated, from floor to ceiling, including new lighting, new booths, COVID-19 dividers, and entirely renovated restrooms.
Due to COVID-19 dining restrictions, Tucci’s needed to quickly add an enclosed outdoor patio tent to maintain operations.
PF Baker Group, a family-operated Planet Fitness franchisee, contracted Lehman Daman for the buildout of 14 fitness centers.
For over a decade, the owners of Two Dollar Radio, a local independent book publishing company, had been running their operations from their living room. Seeking to expand into a retail space on Columbus’ South Side, Two Dollar Radio contracted Lehman Daman to build out their new brick and mortar location, Two Dollar Radio Headquarters.
Lehman Daman completed the exterior painting of two North High Street strip malls in October of 2016.
