Hollywood Casino at the Meadows - Bacc 8 Lounge

OVERVIEW

Penn Entertainment, owner of the Hollywood-branded gaming properties, partnered with Lehman Daman to transform an underutilized high-limit poker area within Hollywood Casino at the Meadows into the Bacc 8 Lounge - a premier baccarat gaming space with an immersive Asian-inspired design.

CHALLENGES

The project required close coordination with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) which oversees all casino operations in the state. Any individual or company working within a licensed casino needs specific approvals, including individual gaming licenses for all subcontractors and vendors entering the gaming floor. Lehman Daman proactively managed this licensing process, ensuring full compliance with regulations while keeping the project on schedule.

Additionally, with casinos operating 24/7 and construction occurring around patrons, Lehman Daman ensured their safety by setting up a temporary barrier around the jobsite to keep construction activities separated. Lehman Daman also worked closely with Hollywood Casino at the Meadows to coordinate deliveries and minimize disruption.
