IGS Energy

OVERVIEW

With a hybrid work model in place since COVID-19, IGS Energy aimed to reenergize its office culture and encourage more in-person collaboration. As a result, IGS Energy engaged Lehman Daman for a renovation consisting of enhancements to their existing cafe / breakroom, an upgraded training room, and the addition of a new coffee bar.

CHALLENGES

During the course of the project, material delays presented significant challenges to the established timeline. These delays caused disruptions in the overall scheduling and required quick, flexible responses. Lehman Daman worked closely with IGS Energy to navigate these obstacles, maintaining clear communication and providing regular updates.

Lehman Daman proactively presented alternative solutions for material selections. When IGS Energy ultimately decided to wait for their preferred materials, Lehman Daman adapted by temporarily stepping away from the job site for three weeks. This strategic decision not only helped maintain efficiency, but also resulted in cost savings, ensuring that the project remained on track.
