OVERVIEW

INEOS Enterprises, a global chemical company sought to consolidate several North American business headquarters into one central location in Grandview Heights, Ohio to enable collaboration and operational efficiency. Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) secured INEOS Enterprises as a tenant on the fourth floor of their Grandview Yard building and hired Lehman Daman to complete the buildout.

CHALLENGES

Lehman Daman needed to redesign and build a new life safety system to ensure the safety of occupants within the space. This included implementing new fire suppression and alarm systems, as well as replacing a fire shutter door. Careful planning ensured that the system integrated seamlessly with the building’s existing infrastructure.

Additionally, projects in a multi-story, multi-tenant building have unique logistical challenges. Lehman Daman followed all building protocols, including early morning deliveries and scheduling disruptive work and trades during the night shift. L/D delivered a high-quality end product, enabling INEOS to have an office environment conducive to creativity and innovation.
