OVERVIEW
Lehman Daman manages facility maintenance for Lifeline of Ohio’s headquarters, as well as completed an interior renovation and expansion of their tissue bank.

Instead of spending time tracking down providers, checking in on projects, and trying to manage both reactive and preventive maintenance needs, Lifeline has one point of contact with Lehman Daman to handle all their maintenance. L/D comes on-site two regularly occurring days each week to perform all preventative and emergency maintenance, handle small fixes, and coordinate with any third parties (e.g., landscaping). Monthly walkthroughs with the CEO ensure every detail is perfect. Since contracting with L/D, maintenance has become routine and timely, and the building and memorial have been maintained to the high standards they require.
TISSUE BANK EXPANSION/RENOVATION
To expand capacity, Lifeline needed a larger tissue bank within their current building. Lehman Daman demoed offices and a breakroom adjacent to the existing space, then reconfigured the entire footprint to increase capacity and improve workflows. Since the tissue bank runs 24/7, L/D developed and followed a detailed, multi-phase plan to complete the project without disruptiung operations.
