OVERVIEW

Strategic Church Network, formerly known as Metro Columbus Baptist Association, is dedicated to supporting and strengthening local churches and their communities. With the goal of facilitating meaningful partnerships and providing vital services, Strategic Church Network secured Arc, an addiction treatment center as a tenant for their vacant second floor space. Lehman Daman was hired to buildout the space.

CHALLENGES

As a non-profit organization reliant on fundraising efforts, it was important for Strategic Church Network to make cost-effective decisions without compromising the quality and functionality of the space. Lehman Daman played a crucial role in guiding Strategic Church Network through the value engineering process during the preconstruction phase, ensuring the project stayed within budget.

Lehman Daman delivered this project on schedule and under budget, enabling Strategic Church Network and Arc to serve the community.
