The Deco | Event Source

OVERVIEW

Event Source, a family-owned and operated event rental company, was looking for a new location to better serve customers. The Deco, an apartment complex on the north side of Columbus, secured Event Source as a tenant in their first floor retail space. Lehman Daman was hired to build out the space, transforming it into Event Source’s new design center.

CHALLENGES

In a residential apartment complexes, available space for staging construction materials and equipment is often limited. Lehman Daman worked closely with the building manager in planning and coordinating material deliveries. To ensure the safety of everyone, parking was temporarily reduced ahead of scheduled deliveries. Alternative parking arrangements were communicated to residents ahead of planned shutdowns.

Lehman Daman completed this project on time and under budget, enabling Event Source to have an open, functional space that could serve as both a showroom and venue for client meetings.
