Lehman Daman was selected by Serendipity Labs, a coworking company, as their Construction Manager for renovations at two locations: one in Pittsburgh, PA and the other in Carmel, IN. Both offices are approximately 21,120 square feet and located in otherwise-occupied multi-tenant buildings.
