Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Process
Lehman Daman has partnered with COMPASS, a secure web-based platform designed to enhance our subcontractor pre-qualification process. With COMPASS, subcontractors benefit from a simplified experience, while we gain a more efficient way to manage qualifications.
Interested in joining our subcontractor network? Subcontractors are required to complete a pre-qualification process in order to be eligible to contract work with our company.
Any vendor or subcontractor who will have a single contract or purchase order with Lehman Daman over $75,000.
All vendors & subcontractors will need to complete the pre-qualification process through COMPASS if they have a single contract or purchase order over $75,000, even if we have worked together on past projects.
The prequalification process will take approximately 1 to 2 hours to complete. You will need:
- Financial statements
- Experience modification Rating (EMR)
- OSHA 300/300A Forms
- References from Bank, Bonding Agent, and Insurance Company,
- Project References
