OVERVIEW

A confidential client needed to move their fleet maintenance activities out of one of their vehicle processing facilities into a dedicated building for vehicle service and repairs. After a positive experience with Lehman Daman on two ground-up inspection centers, the client engaged Lehman Daman to build a fleet maintenance facility in Greenfield, IN.

CHALLENGES

Due to industry-wide material shortages and backorders, the client faced a seven-month lead time on the main power distribution panel. Lehman Daman worked proactively with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers to devise a solution. To keep the project moving forward, L/D used a temporary power distribution panel which got the client their temporary Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) on time.

Once the main power distribution panel arrived, L/D worked around the client, and the project was completed as designed.
