Project Cougar

OVERVIEW

After the successful completion of the confidential client’s first ever ground-up inspection center, the client engaged Lehman Daman to build another vehicle inspection center in Trenton, OH to help service their growing customer base. The client purchased this 117-acre site to construct their building along with 100 acres of paving to house their inventory of used vehicles.

CHALLENGES

There were three oil pipelines running the entire length of the jobsite, making the logistics for adding detention ponds complex. L/D worked closely with the architect during the design process to ensure that the pipelines were not encroached. Additionally, L/D coordinated carefully with the various pipeline companies during the excavation process. L/D delivered the project ~$546,000 under budget and one month ahead of schedule.
