When a neighboring tenant in the building moved out, Morgan Stanley chose to expand their office footprint into that space, but wanted the new square footage to integrate into their existing suite. Morgan Stanley employees would still be working in the existing office during construction. Additionally, this was a multi-tenant, multi-floor building.

Lehman Daman built a demising wall at the outset of the project to keep construction activities separated. Lehman Daman followed all building rules and regulations and tied into the existing building and Morgan Stanley systems. Lehman Daman carefully matched finishes and materials to the existing office, giving them a seamless suite.

The project was run by Morgan Stanley corporate out of their Dallas office. Lehman Daman coordinated with the remote team and the local branch manager to complete the project.
