Project Challenges
Most projects have been adjacent to occupied medical spaces, requiring intense coordination and communication in order to keep patients safe, doctors happy, and operations running smoothly. Lehman Daman uses daily communication, specific coordination meetings, and comprehensive two-week look-aheads to schedule all necessary activities, such as utility shutdowns, loud construction work, material deliveries, access to restricted areas, and adjusted pedestrian traffic flow. ICRA procedures are followed in all applicable projects.
By setting and following detailed schedules that keep everyone informed, Lehman Daman has built trust between all parties that deadlines will be met and daily operations will not be unexpectedly disrupted.
