Project Overview
Hereinafter is a new establishment located just a few feet away from Buckeye Lake. With the vision of taking an old Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) lounge and turning it into a cocktail tavern, Hereinafter engaged Lehman Daman to complete 9,236 SF of interior demolition and a 2,600 SF bar renovation.
Every surface was updated, from floor to ceiling, including a new bar area, new seating areas, new lighting, new windows, and entirely renovated restrooms. Also, a new HVAC system was installed.

Project Challenges
Originally, Hereinafter had Lehman Daman perform the interior demolition of the first and second floor of the building. However, only a partial first floor renovation was completed due to fundraising issues. Lehman Daman helped with value engineering to bring the project within budget, including recommending material substitutions for the storefront and flooring, as well as MEP design changes.
Lehman Daman completed this project on time and on budget, enabling Hereinafter to open their doors to the Buckeye Lake community.
