OVERVIEW
Lehman Daman has been the general contractor for fourteen (14) Planet Fitness workout facilities. The relationship began with two negotiated plan & spec type projects in Columbus. After successfully delivering the first two, the relationship evolved to directly negotiated work for additional fitness centers. Several of these projects have been out of state, emphasizing the PF Baker Group’s desire to retain Lehman Daman as their only general contractor.
CHALLENGES
PF Baker Group is based in New Jersey and all these projects have been in Ohio and Indiana. The client relies on Lehman Daman to be their local representative, to keep them abreast of challenges that arise, and to take ownership of the project for them since they cannot always be physically present.
