Project Challenges
Morgan Stanley occupied this building during both day and night shifts, requiring Lehman Daman to coordinate the replacement of above-ceiling chilled water lines during off hours. A new, larger cooling tower was installed, and a large-scale electrical upgrade was completed.
As a heavily occupied business and shopping center, the parking lot expansion required care phasing to ensure that the work was performed without disrupting any employees or Easton.
Attention to detail, excessive planning and adherence to the budget and schedule were critical to the project’s success.
