Project Overview
With classes at their German Village and Open Air locations consistently at capacity, The Butcher Shop needed to expand their operations. The Butcher Shop engaged Lehman Daman to build out their third location in Grandview, enabling them to offer Lagree classes to more clients. The project also included the build out of a jewelry boutique, which operates as a separate business within the shared space.

Project Challenges
As the project progressed, Lehman Daman identified certain design considerations related to the HVAC and electrical systems that required attention from the design team. Lehman Daman worked closely with the architect to implement the necessary changes while maintaining the overall project timeline.
Additionally, Lehman Daman coordinated with specialized vendors hired by the Owner, facilitating smooth communication to integrate their work seamlessly into the construction process.
