Penske had reached capacity at their Columbus West location; they needed more space to service trucks and house employees. They chose Lehman Daman as their design/build contractor for an expansion and renovation of their industrial maintenance garage and office/rental facility so they could grow their business.

Project Challenges
Lehman Daman enclosed and expanded the maintenance garage, shielding workers from the elements and adding 4 truck bays (a 67% increase), which significantly increases Penske’s ability to service trucks. The interior office layout was renovated to accommodate more employees, including a second-floor addition with more offices and conference rooms.
All work was completed without impeding ongoing operations and while following and enforcing COVID-19 protocols for all Lehman Daman employees and subcontractors.
