Project Challenges
The Upper Arlington Swim & Racquet Club needed this renovation to be completed for a planned grand opening event - a tight timeline, especially given the industry-wide material shortages and backorders. Finishes and attention to detail were of utmost importance. To meet the timeline, communication and execution were key. As soon as material lead times were known, Lehman Daman informed the client and recommended substitutions when necessary. By helping guide design decisions and making proactive recommendations, Lehman Daman was able to keep the project on schedule.
Lehman Daman successfully completed the project on time, down to every last detail, making the Upper Arlington Swim & Racquet Club’s clubhouse work both aesthetically and functionally for its members.
