Project Overview
The Chas E. Phipps Company acquired Machinery & Tool Rentals (MTR), a Columbus-based provider of construction equipment sales, rentals, and repairs. To support MTR’s move to a new facility, Phipps partnered with Lehman Daman to renovate the space, adding an expanded showroom and office area designed to better showcase products and serve their growing client base.

Project Challenges
With the facility remaining fully operational during construction, Lehman Daman needed to carefully coordinate the installation of a power wash bay within an existing area of the warehouse. This process involved cutting out concrete to install a specialized drain bay, a pump, and the necessary concrete repairs to create a functioning wash station. Additionally, a lift station was installed to direct runoff into a designated pit. To ensure the safety of staff, Lehman Daman barricaded off the concrete cutting area.
