Project Challenges
Facility Maintenance
Instead of spending time tracking down providers, checking in on projects, and trying to manage both reactive and preventive maintenance needs, Lifeline has one point of contact with Lehman Daman to handle all their maintenance. Lehman Daman comes on-site two regularly occurring days each week to perform all preventative and emergency maintenance, handle small fixes, and coordinate with any third parties (e.g., landscaping). Monthly walkthroughs with the CEO ensure every detail is perfect. Since contracting with Lehman Daman, maintenance has become routine and timely, and the building and memorial have been maintained to the high standards they require.
Tissue Bank Expansion / Renovation
To expand capacity, Lifeline needed a larger tissue bank within their current building. Lehman Daman demoed offices and a breakroom adjacent to the existing space, then reconfigured the entire footprint to increase capacity and improve workflows. Since the tissue bank runs 24/7, Lehman Daman developed and followed a detailed, multi-phase plan to complete the project without disrupting operations.
