Lehman Daman renovated Tri-Rivers Career Center’s fitness and locker facilities to support Exercise Science education while maintaining safety during an active school year.

Project Overview

Lehman Daman updated the Tri-Rivers Career Center’s fitness room, including bathrooms and locker rooms. Every surface was updated: flooring, lighting, tile, paint, plumbing, and a new steel stairwell to the mezzanine. L/D also added a treatment room in the existing footprint, with cabinets, sinks, refrigerator, and whirlpool tubs.

Project Challenges

Tri-Rivers Career Center needed to renovate their outdated fitness center to better serve their Exercise Science students as well as provide a space for their new Exercise Science & Sports Medicine instructor to use as an office. Lehman Daman's updates and new treatment room enhances the students’ education and supports the new staff.

Lehman Daman completed some of the work during the school year. Safety and security were maintained by using the gym’s separate entrance and sealing the door to the rest of the building.
