We're excited to announce a promotion and title change for Braxen Spears to Project Manager!
Braxen joined our team at the beginning of 2022 as a Project Engineer, and from day one, he has embodied our core values: Safety, Ownership, Teamwork, Culture, Regard for People, and Honesty. His commitment to these principles has earned him the trust and respect of his peers, our subcontractor and vendor partners, and our customers.
Throughout his time with us, he has consistently pushed himself to grow—not only in the areas where he was already strong, but in the ones that challenged him. Over the past year and a half, he has taken on significant responsibility while supporting one of our key customers, Pilot Dogs. His work has included training new team members, managing schedules and budgets, and strengthening customer relationships. His leadership, reliability, and drive have made a meaningful impact.
In his new role as Project Manager, Braxen will lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and team goals. We are confident that his dedication and leadership will continue to enable our customers, and our project teams to succeed.
