We’re excited to recognize Chris Rothermel, our Dayton-based Superintendent, on an incredible milestone – 10 years with Lehman Daman Construction Services!
Chris joined Lehman Daman in November 2015, bringing expertise in constructing dialysis clinics, which was the core of our business at the time. Over the years, he has managed projects across Ft. Wayne, Trotwood, Springboro, and Louisville, assisted on Service projects, and ultimately became our Dayton casino superintendent, building shell spaces, high-limit areas, and multiple outdoor gaming porches.
But Chris’s impact goes far beyond the job site.
He’s a mentor and teacher, guiding younger superintendents, and project engineers to do things the right way. He’s also a key part of our culture – always showing up for potlucks, parties, and celebrations. His leadership and dedication have helped shape Lehman Daman into the company we are today. Chris has witnessed our growth and expansion into new markets and he’s been instrumental in making it happen.
