We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Denver Boling to Senior Superintendent!
Denver started with us in October of 2018 where his first job was a renovation for Baymark. Since then, Denver has managed some of our most successful and challenging projects, such as the Good Haus, Wendy's, Optum, Altor Solutions, Ohio CAT, and most recently, Ohio Peterbilt.
The title change to Senior Superintendent is recognition that Denver has proven, over the course of many different types of projects, and for many different types of customers, that he is what Lehman Daman and our customers need in a superintendent. Denver takes full ownership of his work, tackling daily challenges with a problem-solving mindset. He promotes teamwork, open communication, and maintaining a positive site culture. Beyond the jobsite, he's helped strengthen our team by referring peers from his own network to join Lehman Daman because when you value the work you do and the people you do it with, it’s only natural to want others to be part of it.
