We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Lee Rizor to Senior Service Technician!
Lee started with us in May of 2023 and immediately made a positive impact on our Service Division. Lee has also managed some of our larger Service projects, such as Lifepoint Church while also being a skilled and versatile craftsman. One of Lee's most impressive accomplishments was managing the most recent expansion of Lehman Daman's office - a difficult project in its own right but made more complicated because all of us office people were watching him every day!
The title change to Senior Service Technician is recognition that Lee has embodied everything that our customers expect when a Service Technician is in their facility. He works safely and is productive. He cares about making the project an enjoyable experience for his customers. He is knowledgable but also eager to learn things and take on additional challenges. Lee is a positive contibutor to the culture we aspire to have here at Lehman Daman!
We look forward to seeing Lee continue to develop into a leader of our Service Division and Lehman Daman in general.
