We’re grateful that you want to learn more about Lehman Daman, a member of the Rudolph Libbe Companies. It has taken a couple of years of research, photography, copywriting, debate, editing, web design and a whole lot of interesting conversations – but we are finally able to click “publish” on this brand-new site. We’re excited to roll it out!
Why a New Website?
It’s not because we were bored!
The short answer is that Lehman Daman today looks very different than it did just a few years ago – and our website needed to reflect that. Since the end of 2019, we’ve more than doubled in size, expanded three times and added dozens of new associates. Our capabilities have expanded as well. Today, we deliver both ground-up and renovation projects across multiple sectors, including industrial, life sciences, manufacturing, medical, commercial office, non-profit, religious, hospitality, educational and more. Our Service Division has grown along with the rest of the company, consistently completing 600 to 700 projects per year with an ever-increasing average size.
Simply put, our previous website could no longer capture who Lehman Daman is today. It was time for an upgrade.
What Does this Website Accomplish?
Ultimately, this website is designed to effectively communicate who we are, what we do and who we serve.
For Customers: At our core, Lehman Daman builds facilities where continuity, reliability and trust matter most. Organizations often come to us when facility challenges are causing disruptions that may lead to lost revenue, missed opportunities or the inability to serve more people.
Some customers hire us to improve or expand spaces while their current operations continue uninterrupted. Others rely on us to build entirely new facilities to support growth. And everything in between.
This website highlights who we’ve served and what problems we’ve been trusted to solve, giving future customers confidence that we can solve their challenges today.

Subcontractors can find our pre-qualification form to streamline the process of working together. Design professionals can explore a wide range of completed projects across multiple commercial construction sectors throughout Central Ohio and surrounding states.
Many of the showcased projects involve early collaboration during preconstruction, including constructability reviews, value engineering analysis, schedule and cost inputs- so that design decisions can be made in the most time- and cost-effective ways possible.
