Lehman Daman is excited to celebrate the completion of Mount Carmel Medical Group’s new Primary Care location on Refugee Road in Pickerington, supporting the continued growth of the surrounding community.
As Pickerington continues to expand, Mount Carmel recognized the need for increased access to care and moved forward with a second primary care location. Lehman Daman was engaged to deliver the build-out of the new office, helping create a space where more patients can receive timely, compassionate care close to home.
Starting as an unfinished shell space with only a gravel interior, this project required a full interior transformation. Our team coordinated all trades and building systems to convert the space into a fully operational medical facility, designed to support both patient comfort and clinical efficiency.
The completed facility includes:
- Reception area
- 12 exam rooms
- Two nurses’ stations
- Three private offices
- Laboratory with specimen pass-throughs
- Breakroom
