Congratulations to our client, Ohio Peterbilt on officially breaking ground on their new 82,000 SF flagship facility in Etna Township. This exciting milestone marks a major step forward as the company continues to grow its footprint and meet the rising demand for premium truck service and support across Central Ohio.
With increased traffic through the area and more fleets relying on timely, expert maintenance, it became clear that a larger, more advanced facility was essential to meeting customer expectations.
This new state-of-the-art facility will feature:
- 11,000 square feet of dedicated office and retail space
- 36,000 square feet for a new central parts distribution center, significantly increasing the parts availability and delivery efficiency across the region
- 35,000 square feet for a full-service shop with 25 service bays, helping keep drivers on the road and reducing downtime
- A dog park on site, giving drivers and their four-legged companions a comfortable and convenient place to relax
- Ample parking and amenities to accomodate long-haul drivers and visitors alike
Lehman Daman is honored to serve as Construction Manager and deliver a project that supports Ohio Peterbilt's continued success.
Ohio Peterbilt is expected to employ approximately 150 team members at their new flag ship location. Construction is expected to be completed by Spring 2026.
