We're excited to announce the promotion of Rachael Goodburn to Project Engineer at Lehman Daman Construction Services!
Rachael joined Lehman Daman in June 2024 as a Project Coordinator, and since then has consistently demonstrated exceptional effort, reliability, and alignment with our core values: Safety, Ownership, Teamwork, Culture, Regard for People, and Honesty. Over the past year, she has taken on increasing responsibilities across several key projects where her contributions have been instrumental to project success. As a result, Rachael has quickly earned the trust and respect of our trade partners and customers, and her transition to Project Engineer will be seamless.
In her new role, Rachael will continue to be a vital part of our project teams, driving projects forward and supporting our customer needs with the same excellence she's shown throughout her time here.
