We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Randy Flugge to Senior Superintendent!
Since joining Lehman Daman in May 2018, Randy has embodied what it means to be a leader on the jobsite. He's built strong relationships with clients including various projects at Penn Entertainment, Dis-Tran Steel, and Pilot Dogs, by delivering safe, productive, and well-organized jobsites.
The title change to Senior Superintendent is recognition that Randy has proven, over the course of many different types of projects, and for many different types of customers, that he is what Lehman Daman and our customers need in a superintendent. Randy takes full ownership of his work, tackling daily challenges with a problem-solving mindset. He promotes teamwork, open communication, and maintaining a positive site culture. Beyond the jobsite, he's helped strengthen our team by referring peers from his own network to join Lehman Daman because when you value the work you do and the people you do it with, it’s only natural to want others to be part of it.
