Lehman Daman is honored to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana (VOA) Fresh Start Family Focused Recovery Center in downtown Columbus.
Located at 81 S. 5th Street, the Fresh Start Family Focused Recovery Center is designed to provide residential treatment and comprehensive support for pregnant women and mothers recovering from substance use disorder. The program enables mothers to receive care while remaining on-site with their children, promoting long-term stability and helping break the cycle of family disruption.
Serving as the general contractor on this project was a privilege and witnessing the heartfelt emotions of everyone involved in the planning and construction made the experience especially meaningful. The newly renovated facility includes 34 bedrooms, medical and counseling offices, onsite daycare, and a variety of community and support areas.
