Altor’s approaching lease expiration at its existing facility set a firm deadline that guided the entire project schedule. To meet this timeline, construction continued through the winter months. Lehman Daman implemented various cold-weather strategies, including temporary heat to keep interior spaces workable, protective barriers to shield areas from wind and snow, and concrete blankets to ensure proper curing during cold-weather pours.

The project also required flexibility to accommodate changes in Altor’s processing equipment during design and construction. Lehman Daman collaborated closely with the owner to integrate these updates seamlessly, ensuring the facility met operational needs without impacting the schedule. Through careful planning and coordination, Lehman Daman not only overcame these challenges, but delivered the project three weeks ahead of schedule.
