Columbus Bar Association

Project Overview
After more than 30 years downtown and with their lease ending, The Columbus Bar Association was moving into a new building in the Arena District owned by Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI). Lehman Daman was hired to demo and build out The Columbus Bar Association’s new office, enabling them to provide better access to education, networking, and services for their 4,800 members.

Project Challenges
The Columbus Bar Association had a firm move-in date but faced long material lead times, specifically for door frames and lighting. Lehman Daman quickly found a new supplier and kept the project moving forward. Additionally, Lehman Daman recommended a material substitution for the door frames and expedited the order for timely installation. With lighting backordered, Lehman Daman used temporary fixtures.
Lehman Daman was also hired to complete the second phase of the project, consisting of additional private offices and a media/production studio for members to utilize.
