A confidential client engaged Lehman Daman to build their first ever ground-up inspection center in Heath, OH. The client purchased this 120-acre site to construct their building along with over 80 acres of paving to house their inventory of used cars.

Project Challenges
Serving as a prototype for future ground-up facilities, the client told Lehman Daman they intended to make many changes throughout the project. Lehman Daman added additional staffing to this already large project to ensure they had the capacity to address these changes in a timely manner.
Schedule was a primary concern from the beginning. Lehman Daman advised the client that their current path of Design/Bid/Build would likely result in missing their target open date. The client pivoted and hired Lehman Daman as the CMR to speed up the project. Lehman Daman delivered the project ~5 weeks ahead of schedule.
