Project Overview

Seeking to expand their practice, Donaldson Health looked to open a second location at Evans Farm in Lewis Center, OH. Lehman Daman was engaged to perform interior and exterior alterations to their new space, allowing Donaldson Health to introduce a full range of functional medicine solutions, aesthetic treatments, and med spa services to a greater number of patients throughout Central Ohio.

Project Challenges

Donaldson Health had a firm move-in date but faced long material lead times, which posed a challenge given the four-month project timeline. Lehman Daman worked proactively and collaboratively with Donaldson Health, subcontractors, and suppliers to understand lead times and develop solutions that kept the project on schedule. For example, Lehman Daman adjusted the lighting layout after some fixtures arrived in the wrong size, ensuring nearly all spaces could open on schedule while awaiting a reordered fixture.

Additionally, multiple subcontractors had to perform work simultaneously within a tight jobsite to meet the accelerated schedule. Careful planning and communication were essential to avoid conflicts and ensure that the project progressed smoothly.

Lehman Daman finished the project on time and on budget, enabling Donaldson Health to open their new location and serve new patients.
