Project Challenges
The construction site was adjacent to a middle school and GHPL’s outdoor area was a popular gathering space for students. To ensure their safety, Lehman Daman set up temporary barricades and fencing to secure the jobsite from the public. Signage was prominently displayed to inform pedestrians of construction activities.
Additionally, the project’s timeline was critical as GHPL needed this project to be completed in time to kick off the 38th annual Music on the Lawn summer concert series and celebrate its 100th birthday. Lehman Daman completed the project on time and on budget, giving Grandview Heights residents a revitalized outdoor space for community activities.
