The project presented several challenges that required proactive planning and coordination. E&Y selected a variety of high-end finishes, including custom light fixtures and felt wallcoverings for the conference rooms and focus booths, many of which carried extended lead times. Lehman Daman installed temporary lighting fixtures and painted the walls until the specialty wall panels could be delivered and installed.

Construction also took place within an occupied multi-tenant office building, requiring strict adherence to building rules and regulations. Lehman Daman carefully planned and sequenced work activities to minimize noise, disruption, and impact on neighboring tenants throughout the renovation process.

In addition, the project required extensive coordination with E&Y’s furniture, IT, and A/V vendors. Lehman Daman worked closely with all stakeholders to align schedules, coordinate installations, and ensure the seamless integration of furniture and technology systems within the completed space.
