Lifepoint Church - Lewis Center Campus

Project Overview
To keep pace with growth, Lifepoint Church’s Lewis Center campus needed more room for its Kid’s Wing. Lehman Daman expanded the facility by constructing a new mezzanine and adding eight additional classrooms within the existing open mezzanine area. The result is a cost-effective, space-maximizing solution that supports the church’s growing children’s ministry.

Project Challenges
Lifepoint Church established a clear budget for the project, and through collaborative design strategy, we successfully implemented value engineering solutions to meet financial requirements without compromising quality. One key example was modifying the structural design to incorporate existing steel, which significantly reduced the need for new steel and lowered material costs after the initial budgeting phase. Maintaining design continuity was equally critical. We ensured the new structure integrated seamlessly with the existing facility, creating a cohesive appearance as if it had always been part of the original building.
Safety was critical throughout construction as the first floor needed to remain fully operational for weekly Sunday services. Our team implemented strict safety measures, including plastic barricades to separate work areas and control dust, ensuring a clean and secure environment for congregants.
Lehman Daman successfully delivered the project on schedule and five (5) percent underbudget, returning those savings directly to Lifepoint Church.
