ETS Performance Delaware
Project Overview
After identifying a growing demand for youth athletic development programs in the Central Ohio market, ETS Performance selected Delaware as the site of its third Ohio location, expanding training opportunities for children ages 9-12.
Lehman Daman's Service Division transformed an existing warehouse shell space into a fully functioning sports performance facility. The project included the construction of new offices, restrooms, and a dedicated fitness training center designed to support athlete development and day-to-day operations.

Project Challenges
Without readily available as-built drawings for the existing warehouse shell, Lehman Daman needed to work through additional coordination and design efforts to verify the structural requirements necessary for the rooftop unit (RTU) installation. To maintain ETS Performance's schedule, Lehman Daman submitted permit documents showing the RTU located at grade.
As the project progressed, changes to the layout resulted in a revised RTU pad location after initial site preparation had already been completed. Lehman Daman worked closely with ETS Performance to minimize the additional costs associated with preparing the new location and restoring the original asphalt area.
Lehman Daman completed the project ahead of schedule, positioning ETS Performance to accelerate its opening and begin serving young athletes in the community.
