Lehman Daman was selected by Serendipity Labs, a coworking company, as their Construction Manager for renovations at two locations: one in Pittsburgh, PA and the other in Carmel, IN. Both offices are approximately 21,120 square feet, located in otherwise-occupied multi-tenant buildings.

Project Challenges
Construction in an occupied office building requires following safety and planning protocols to protect the other tenants. Lehman Daman and their subcontractors strictly followed all safety, site logistics, and building rules and regulations to avoid disruption to building operations.
