Project Challenges
There were three oil pipelines running the entire length of the jobsite, making the logistics for adding detention ponds complex. Lehman Daman worked closely with the architect during the design process to ensure that the pipelines were not encroached. Additionally, Lehman Daman coordinated carefully with the various pipeline companies during the excavation process. Lehman Daman delivered the project ~$546,000 under budget and one month ahead of schedule.
