Horizon Science Academy Columbus Primary School, a charter school for grades K-2, needed more space for students and staff. Horizon engaged Lehman Daman to convert an existing portion of their facility into new classrooms and offices.

Project Challenges
Once construction began, Lehman Daman worked collaboratively with Horizon to address issues quickly. Upon discovering existing issues with the above ceiling, Lehman Daman helped design the reconfiguration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to keep the project on schedule and on budget.
In addition, there was a material delay on doors that threatened the project timeline. Lehman Daman managed to work with the supplier to get the order expedited and installed on time.
Since completion, the Lehman Daman Service Division has continued to serve Horizon, helping to address small issues and fixes throughout their school on an as-needed basis.
