Project Challenges
Marcus & Millichap had a firm move-in date, but faced long material lead times. Lehman Daman worked proactively and collaboratively with NRI, Marcus & Millichap, subcontractors, and suppliers to understand lead times and bring creative solutions to the table, such as substitutions or temporary fixtures. For example, Lehman Daman found out that glass front doors had a shorter lead time than the original wood doors that were chosen, so Marcus & Millichap could switch products. With lighting backordered, Lehman Daman used temporary fixtures.
Lehman Daman's adaptability and communication got Marcus & Millichap their temporary Certificate of Occupancy (CoO) on time. As additional materials came in, Lehman Daman continued to work around Marcus & Millichap, and the project could be completed as designed.
