Project Overview
For over a decade, the owners of Two Dollar Radio, a local independent book publishing company, had been running their operations from their living room. Seeking to expand into a retail space on Columbus’ South Side, Two Dollar Radio contracted Lehman Daman to build out their new brick and mortar location, Two Dollar Radio Headquarters.

Project Challenges
Two Dollar Radio Headquarters wanted their space to be more than just an independent bookstore. The vision was to create a community-oriented space that would help revitalize South Side Columbus. Lehman Daman worked closely with the owners to construct a space that met their desired indie aesthetic. Many of the artistic elements, furniture, and bar equipment were custom built by the owners themselves and Lehman Daman ensured that the project stayed on schedule.
Lehman Daman completed the project on time and on budget, providing Two Dollar Radio with a space for the artistic community to gather.
