Project Overview

Building on the success of a previous project in 2022, Squire Patton Boggs re-engaged Lehman Daman to renovate their office space on Levels 19 and 20 of the Huntington Center. With tenant improvement funding available, the objective was to create a refreshed, modern environment that supports productivity and functionality.

Project Challenges

Working within a 37-story building has logistical complexities, including strict construction rules and regulations. Lehman Daman adhered to all protocols, such as evening dumpster drop-offs,early morning pick-ups, and scheduling disruptive work after-hours.

The project was executed in three phases to accommodate Squire Patton Boggs’ ongoing office operations, ensuring minimal disruption for employees who continued working throughout the renovation. Lehman Daman maintained a safe and organized jobsite by isolating construction zones with plastic barriers and maintaining open communication with the Office Manager.

Additionally, audio/visual and furniture installations were managed by owner-selected vendors outside Lehman Daman’s contract. To keep the project on schedule, Lehman Daman coordinated closely with these vendors, aligning timelines and ensuring all milestones were met.
