New Beginnings Church

OVERVIEW
New Beginnings wanted to take advantage of a 20-acre plot of land they already owned with a facility that could serve their current growing congregation as well as be a launching off point for future expansion.
CHALLENGES
Due to an initial setback selling their previous building, Lehman Daman could not start construction until September 2019. Working through the winter months on a ground-up building created delays and added costs, such as slowing down drywall drying times and requiring extensive tarping. Even with these additional challenges, Lehman Daman completed the project on budget and in the original projected timeframe.
